Please note:

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended to maintain the quality of your experience.

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Beautè Haus Supplies is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer
  • Returned shipments due to address errors

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Deliveries

We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

Our team will review the issue and work toward a timely resolution.


Preorders & Limited Releases

Preorder and limited-release items will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items become available unless otherwise stated.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations.
